BOOKING POLICY

Please review all policies carefully before booking your appointment. By booking, you agree to the terms below.

💳 Deposits & Payments

A $15 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments—no exceptions.
No deposit = no appointment.
Deposits can be sent via CashApp to $Audri825 or via a payment link upon request. You will have 45 minutes to send your deposit after booking. If not received, your appointment will be cancelled.
Remaining balances must be paid in cash only.

✂️ Appointment Preparation

Please arrive with clean, dry hair, ready to be braided or styled.
I do not remove previous installs unless they were originally done by me.
No glue on lace units.
- If you need help with how to wash your lace, feel free to reach out.
- Be sure to bring a wig cap that matches your skin tone or a nude cap.
- If your lace or closure needs to be bleached, please notify me before your appointment.

👩🏽‍🦱 Hair Requirements

Hair must be a minimum of 3 inches long to be braided.
If I am unable to braid your hair, you may have someone else braid it beforehand.
- A $10 discount will be applied to your service.
- Please inform me in advance if another person will be braiding your hair.

👶🏽 Children’s Services

I am now accepting child clients! Please send a reference photo and style information before booking.
All children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire appointment.
This ensures the safety, comfort, and cooperation of all young clients.
No extra guests, children, babies, or pets are allowed.

⏰ Timeliness & Cancellations

Please be on time. I value both your time and mine.
If you are:
- 10–15 minutes late: A $15 late fee will be charged.
- Over 15 minutes late: Your appointment will be automatically rescheduled.
If you cannot make your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible to avoid inconvenience.

💇🏽 Bundles, Wigs & Add-ons

Bundles or wigs must be dropped off 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
For same-day appointments, please text at least 3 hours in advance and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Watercolor services are available upon request.

Refund Policy

At Slayed Bae Hair & Beauty, all services are performed with the utmost care and professionalism. Please read and understand our refund policy before booking:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Due to the nature of our services and the time, products, and labor invested in each client, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance once a service has been rendered.

Service Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must notify us at the time of your appointment or within 24 hours of your service.
We will offer a complimentary correction at our discretion, provided it is within the scope of the original service and the issue is brought to our attention within the 24-hour window.
Any requests made after this period will not be honored.

Deposits and Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, no exceptions.
Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Repeat cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted future bookings.

Children’s Services

All children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the entire service. Failure to follow this policy will result in a cancellation of the appointment without refund.
